Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Sales Professional with Commercial Real Estate Lending experience. Our client, based in Red Deer, is growing their team in Calgary.
Description
The Role:
- Sales calls in the Calgary area to develop new business.
- Working with referrals from existing clients
- Networking events and research related to prospective leads
- Various Marketing activities including signage, advertisements, welcome packages, etc.
If you have a background in the Commercial Real Estate Lending industry, and a proven track record in sales, this could be the ideal position for you!
In addition to a competitive salary, potential commissions and a benefits package is included. Salary range – $85k – $120k based on experience.
Required Skills
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven sales success in the financial services sector
- Experience with private lending in commercial real estate markets
- Knowledge of general marketing activities
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel out of town regularly (primarily “day trips”)
