Diversified Staffing Services (DSS) leadership group is comprised of professionals with over 250 years of combined industry experience. Our team is led by:
Justin Katelnikoff – General Manager
Leading Diversified Staffing Services, Justin ensures a defined direction and approach that provides our best to both our clients and candidates across the Province. Starting with DSS in 2015 as he worked through his Bachelors of Arts Degree Justin has had several positions within the organization working as Data Entry Clerk, Customer Service Representative, Recruitment Specialist and Internal Resources Coordinator prior his current role. To ensure level operations Justin works in concert with the Compliance Specialist to maintain DSS compliance programs including but not limited to Quality Service Standards (QSS), IT Security Standards and Certificate of Recognition (COR). Additionally, Justin maintains DSS financial operations through daily checks and approvals with our accounting team. Justin’s professional growth working within all facets of DSS have allowed him the experience to gain a fulsome understanding of what Diversified and their clients need to create a long-lasting partnership. Outside of work, Justin looks forward to spending time with family and friends whether it be on the golf course, at the hockey rink, or simply in the backyard.
Ben Hutchins – COO
Ben Hutchins is Diversified Staffing Services Chief Operating Officer, leading our technology, information management, organizational compliance, and people strategies. Since joining the organization as a Diversified Staffing Services summer van driver in 2003, Ben has attained a Bachelor of Science degree and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and evolved through varying roles across the organization including but not limited to, Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Service Manager. Ben’s ability to navigate through Diversified Staffing Services ‘s internal resources and infrastructure has continued to develop and oversees our Quality Service System (QSS), an audit system guided by our mission to provide the best possible services to our clients across our brands. Ben’s priorities outside the office are loving his family, partaking in endurance sports that don’t hurt his back, which now means squash, ultra running and finding the next best book.
