Renovation Coordinator

Description

The Role:

• Assisting Project Managers, Service & Warranty Division, Accounts Receivable, Shipping & Receiving and Design Departments
• Coordinating schedules, conducting site visits and receiving shipments
• Monthly Job Completion tasks and Data Entry
• Back-up to the Reception and Administrative team

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• An understanding of residential renovations
• Experience in an Office environment
• Expertise in multi-tasking with strong organizational skills
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• A reliable vehicle to conduct site visits when required
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
