Recruiter

Diversified Staffing Services, a leading full-service staffing company within Alberta, is currently seeking a motivated and qualified individual to add to our Calgary Recruitment Team. This position can be an opportunity for those continuing a recruiting career or to those looking to start without a direct recruiting background. This position will suit an individual who enjoys working with people and has an aptitude for problem-solving.

Description

Located in Downtown Calgary and reporting directly to the Service Team Lead, the successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment needs of the client, be able to work with the service and sales team of the company, and be a part of an energetic environment. A reliable vehicle for client visits is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring the fulfillment of temporary placement job orders.
  • Maintaining consistent client communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • All pre and post placement activities including but not limited to, coordination, follow ups, and time entry.
  • Full cycle recruitment including, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates ensuring a readily available pool of candidates to draw from.
  • Attending client meetings and sales calls as to further the development of clients/prospects and to assess needs and requirements acquired accounts.
  • Occasional In-person check-ins of client orders, follow ups, and touch bases as directed and required
  • Writing and posting of job advertisements within approved job boards and social media.
  • Ensuring all temporary placements follow quality service processes and are recorded within CRM.
  • Detailed entry of all activities, job orders and timecards within CRM.
  • Working with Diversified Staffing Sales Consultants to attract and maintain client relationships.
  • Communicating client and candidate needs to the Service Team as well as the Service Team Lead, including sharing of candidates qualified for other positions within the division
  • Other duties as assigned
