Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking an Order Desk Specialist. Our client, located in SE Calgary, specializes in construction and architectural supplies.
Description
The Role:
- Managing all incoming orders
- Preparing quotes and entering purchase orders
- Answering calls and maintaining the office
- Liaising with Sales and Head Office
- Assisting with Shipping & Receiving when required
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction
If you have a minimum 5 years’ experience in order desk processing, this could be the ideal position for you. In addition to a competitive salary ($55k – $65k based on experience), full benefits are offered.
Required Skills
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in an order desk role
- Proficiency with computer software programs
- Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills
- A sincere interest in superior customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to teamwork
