Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking an HSE Manager. Our client, located in SE Calgary, is a leader in Emergency Response Planning.

The Role:

• Leading and Developing a team of HSE Specialists
• Managing and delivering consulting services regarding HSE
• Developing and maintaining outstanding client relationships
• Overseeing all elements of HSE projects
• Developing cost effective strategies to increase revenues
• Writing proposals and creating presentations for prospective clients

If you have a proven background in Management and HSE, this could be the ideal position for you!  In addition to a competitive salary, full benefits are offered.  Salary range – $110k – $140k based on experience.

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum 3 years’ experience managing an HSE team
• Related Post-Secondary education
• A background that includes serving the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong Project Management skills
• Familiarity with international HSE standards and practices
• Financial acumen and a Business Development focus
• Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
