Construction Project Manager

Description

The Role:

• Overseeing and managing residential renovation projects from pre-production through completion
• Working closely with Sales, Estimator and Designer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Managing job site, clients and sub-trades
• Final job inspections and occasional service work if required
• Maintaining profitability while ensuring all projects are done on time and within budget

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
• Proven success as a Site Supervisor managing multiple residential renovation projects at once
• The ability to work evenings or Saturdays if required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer software
• The ability to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract and pass a Criminal Background Check
• A Journeyman certificate in Carpentry is preferred
