Construction Estimator

Description

The Role:

• Renovation estimating, quoting and logistics
• Ensuring pricing and estimation figures are accurate and updated
• Preparing contracts, letters and drawings
• All related documentation including entry into appropriate systems
• Ordering materials and tracking to ensure on-time delivery
• Working closely with Sales Reps, Project Managers and Designers
• Occasional Site Visits
• Attending team meetings

If you have a solid background in residential construction estimating, this could be the ideal position for you! In addition to a competitive salary, full benefits are offered. (Salary range – $60k – $80k + Bonuses)

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• • A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential construction estimating
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional presentation and demeanor
  • The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
