Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/HR Administrator. Our client, located in Calgary, provides software solutions for the Energy Industry.


The Role:
  • Accounts Payable, Bank Deposits and Reconciliations
  • Preparation of Income Statements and Project Reports
  • Wire Transfers, Payroll and Remittances
  • Financial Statements and Year-End Prep
  • New Hire packages, Contracts and Benefits Admin
  • Invoice Preparation, Cash Flow and Collection Activities
If you have a minimum 3 years’ experience in Bookkeeping and Human Resources Administration, this could be the ideal position for you!  In addition to a competitive salary, full benefits are offered.  (Salary range $60k – $70k based on experience)

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A solid background in Bookkeeping and HR
  • Related Post-Secondary education
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • The ability to provide a satisfactory Criminal Background and Credit Check
