Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client, located in NE Calgary, is a leader in the framing and formwork industry.
Description
The Role:
- Data entry including processing, coding and posting invoices
- Maintaining vendor accounts and resolving any potential issues
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
- Preparing cheques, EFT Payments, Wire Payments and ACH Transfers
- Matching PO’s to orders and confirming invoice approvals
- Month End Accrual Schedules and Reconciliations
If you have a minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, and an understanding of general accounting principles, this could be a great career move! In addition to a competitive salary, full benefits are offered.
Required Skills
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks and Dynamics 365
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
