Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking an Operations Specialist in Quick Food Service Franchises. Our client, located in Edmonton is looking for an individual to support locations in Northern Alberta and BC.

Description
The Role:
- Managing the relationship between franchises and Home Office
- Supporting locations in Alberta and Northern BC
- Assisting with financials and operating standards
- Coaching and training Franchise Owners and Managers
- Ensuring smooth execution of product launches, promotional programs and marketing activities

Required Skills
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant operations
- Related post-secondary education
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills
- A Home Office and the ability to travel up to 50%
- A valid drivers’ license and satisfactory driving record
