Description

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records through effective filing and bookkeeping practices
  • Assist in payroll processing and human resources functions
  • Coordinate vendor management and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
  • Data entry and filing duties
  • Support team management by organizing schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work alone
